Your Bio

Welcome to my Woodland Garden Project. My name is Bernie O'Brien and I rescue trees that would have been otherwise destroyed or removed. In the past 6 years I have transplanted approximately 600 trees, onto our property in the Pacific Northwest. I have no tractor or power mechanical equipment so I do all of my tree rescues with a shovel, pick axe and a Red 1983 Ford F100 Truck... some blood, some sweat and a few swear words. My mission is to provide a small refuge for trees and wildlife that will continue well beyond my lifetime. Click on my gallery links below to see some of what I am doing. Thank you Bernie O'Brien
